1. Scope of application
48h Software is offered exclusively to businesses, public-law entities and public-sector bodies. This website describes possible service packages; a contract is formed only through an individual offer and its acceptance.
2. Confirmed scope
The fixed price applies only to the scope confirmed in writing before commissioning. The outcome, core feature, boundaries, required access and acceptance criteria are recorded in the offer. Features not expressly agreed are outside the sprint.
3. Meaning of 48 hours
The 48 hours are the agreed implementation time. They begin on the confirmed start date after the scope, cooperation duties, required access, approvals and payment have been clarified. Waiting time caused by missing information, external services or later change requests is not part of the implementation time.
4. Customer cooperation
The customer provides contacts, test data, access, API documentation, approvals and business decisions on time. Credentials must be shared only through an agreed secure channel and never through the public request form.
5. Changes and additional services
Changes outside the confirmed scope are assessed before implementation and require a separate agreement. Hosting, ongoing operation, third-party fees, extensive migration, support, monitoring and later extensions are included only when expressly stated in the offer.
6. Handover and review
After completion, the customer receives the agreed build for review against the confirmed acceptance criteria. Any deviation from the agreed scope is documented and handled within the applicable statutory or contractual framework.
7. Rights, prices and payment
Usage rights are governed by the individual offer; third-party and open-source licences remain applicable. Website prices are net plus statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment timing and method follow the individual offer. Nothing is charged before offer approval.
8. Individual offer prevails
If provisions differ, the individual offer and expressly agreed contract terms take precedence over these general notes.
