2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. When you access it, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating-system information may be processed to provide and secure the service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Language preference
Your language selection is stored locally in your browser under 48h-software-language. It contains no personal or tracking identifier and is not transmitted to us.
4. Project and contact requests
Depending on the contact method, we process your name, company, email address, telephone number, package selection, project description, preferred start date and consent records. The information is handled through GO-ITC GmbH's quotation system at business.go-itc.de. Processing is necessary to answer your request and prepare an offer under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; optional information is processed on the basis of consent.
5. Optional AI callback
Only after your explicit selection and consent do we process your phone number, project context, consent timestamp and call status for an AI callback. The assistant identifies itself as AI at the start of the call. ElevenLabs, Inc. may be used to provide the technical service, which can involve processing outside the EU. See the ElevenLabs privacy policy. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future.
6. Payments
After accepting an individual offer, you may receive a personal Stripe payment page. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is not collected through this request form.
7. Cookies, analytics and fonts
The website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Fonts are served locally from our own server, so visiting the website does not create a Google Fonts connection. If consent-based analytics are introduced later, they will load only after your selection and this policy will be updated.
8. Retention and your rights
We retain personal data only as long as required for the stated purposes and statutory obligations. Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
